Welcome to Prime Investment Cleaning & Sanitizing Solutions, LLC (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, website, or booking system, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.

1. Services Offered
We provide cleaning, sanitizing, property inspection, and special event decorating services. All services are booked based on availability and confirmed in writing.

2. Quotes & Pricing
Estimates are based on information provided at the time of inquiry. Final pricing may vary based on square footage, condition of property, or additional services requested.

3. Booking & Cancellation
Appointments must be scheduled in advance. A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Missed appointments without notice may incur a service fee.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing access to the property during the scheduled time. Pets must be secured. We are not liable for areas we cannot access or clean due to client limitations.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are unsatisfied with any part of your service, please contact us within 24 hours so we can address the issue.

6. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions, unstable items, or improper materials in the space. We carry liability insurance and will act in good faith to resolve valid claims.

7. Intellectual Property
All logos, branding, and website content are the property of Prime Investment Cleaning & Sanitizing Solutions, LLC and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.

8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland.
